Our parent and child cookery workshops have been cooking up a storm. Last week they made banana muffins and this week they made healthy rainbow wraps for lunch. In addition to cooking together, they also learn all about the nutritional benefits of certain foods and what they can do for us. A huge thank you to the lovely Sheena for leading these sessions for us. We are incredibly lucky to have you and can’t wait to see what’s on the menu for next week.
