We all had a fantastic time at our first scarecrow festival at the weekend. The children all worked so hard to make some truly fabulous scarecrows with their families and class mates. Lots of food was eaten, games were played, scarecrows were spotted and music was listened to; we didn’t let the drizzle put a dampener on things at all. It was a wonderful community event.
A huge thank you to our PTA and all of the staff for making this event happen- we have managed to raise lots of money for some great new additions for our school playground.
Congratulations to the Barratt family who were crowned as the overall winners, the Hughes family who won second place and the Collins family for their third place entry. We hope you all enjoy your well deserved prizes.
